About AKIARIM (アキアリム)

AKIARIM is a self-produced, Tokyo-based Japanese passion-style rock idol group (激情型ロックアイドル) known for high-octane rock-and-pop musical style and highly dramatic live stage performances.

Founded in 2020, the group blends intense lyrical messages with powerful choreography to connect directly with the hearts of music fans. Following an executive transition in July 2025, AKIARIM operates independently as a fully self-produced collective. The group is currently moving toward a definitive operational pause scheduled for December 3, 2026.

Our Musical Journey & Vision

AKIARIM emerged in the Tokyo indie rock scene with a distinct mission: translating raw human emotion, vulnerability, and resilience into energetic music.

  • 2020 (Inception): Launched as a high-energy rock project. Released the definitive debut mini-album Action! featuring the hit track NO ANSWER.
  • 2022 (Evolution): Expanded artistic horizons with an updated lineup. Released major artistic statements including the ALL IS WELL music video.
  • 2025 (Independence): Celebrated a landmark 5th Anniversary Live at Shibuya CLUB QUATTRO. Shifted to full artistic self-production to maintain maximum authentic control.
  • 2026 (The Horizon): Serving the music community and fanbase with uncompromised live energy leading up to our planned activity conclusion on December 3, 2026.

Member Profiles

Our current lineup consists of five dedicated performers bringing unique vocal chemistry and presence to the stage:

  • Kotono – Core member contributing dynamic vocal range and performance leadership.
  • Reina – Leading performance member commanding the stage with high physical energy.
  • Ruka – Expressive vocalist focusing on the deep emotional tone of our rock tracks.
  • Nanae – Rejoined the live formation in July 2025 to solidify the core independent team.
  • Risa – Energetic live performer known for connecting directly with live venue audiences.
